Caritas Kumbo since creation has continuously sought and responded to this through several ways; including enhancing community driven development initiatives, especially the construction of potable village pipe borne water supply to indigenous communities. With the onslaught of the Anglophone  crisis, Caritas Kumbo embarked into Humanitarian Relief assistance comprising food and non food items to displaced, affected persons and victims of the ongoing crisis in the North west and south west regions, health assistance through free consultation and medication, referrals and payment of the hospital bill of the most vulnerable, Child Protection in Emergencies through creation, equipping and running of Child Friendly spaces and strengthening of community based child protection mechanisms in some communities. Caritas has also embarked in Water and Hygiene Related Disease prevention through the provision of WASH kits to improve on hygiene and sanitation through UNICEF, etc.
